The fastest way to gain coins is the following... Play suburbination with no players on the opposing team. If you do this you should gain at least 9,000 coins every 5 minutes. You do this by playing solo. A trick I use is I'll do this/ switch the source so I can watch TV and while I do that I tap R2 every few seconds. In five minutes I go back to the game and set up another round.
