the game did not install the any of the addons.. just got basic game

I have over 600 hours playing the first game and never had a problem... I think that a barcode was put in the wrong place... Please help...  this game keeps me sane.. lol   I am 65 years old and    I NEED MY SPEED...... Please help,  thank you....

I know that the barcode is safer but if you screw up it seams
that you are really in trouble... I don't mind starting from scratch I just want to race... thank you for putting up with an ol fart... Peace
