need for speed rivals freezing

While just roaming or racing my road is not finished at the same point everytime and my car stops !! I cant do anymore races or cop evades because it does this everytime I play. Bought it on xbox live for xbox one and wish I could get my money back!! Wat do I need to do so this freezing will stop?
