i was rank 18 and sent to rank 13

in need for speed rivals i was rank 18 and had Bugatti veron super sport enforcer and then was send back to rank 13 for the 3rd time and i have asked support and nothing is working was told to use forums to get the most help i can to get my rank and cars back
