Error: Your profile does not have the correct permissions to access Xbox Live functionality

Game: Need For Speed Rivals

Console: Xbox One

The game loads.  Press A to enter and then the error appears.

I have gone through my origin profile and EA Games and everything looks OK.  My settings are for Adult and not minors/children.

I have even purchased a month Game Pass Ultimate today and have been confirmed to be active and still getting this error.

What else can I look for?

A few days ago it was working without and issue and some months before that and now I am battling.

@SAHacksaw Does Need For Speed Rivals Xbox One require a Kinect Sensor in order to get the correct permissions to access Xbox Live Functionality? How can I scan the QR Codes on the screen?
