Why do you want me to pay for N/S rivals again when I have the disk

I’m still unclear why I should pay for rivals again if I only did this from 360 what I mean by that is all games that transferred over from the 360 to Xbox one and I owned the disk,why should I pay again to play the game.I can play all my assassin creed And I only feel all non-disk I can play call of duty On those disktoo, but you want me to pay for this one tell me why?
