Voice chat problem

I've not heard anyone or been able to talk to anyone on this game, my mic works fine on other games and in party chat. My nat is open and I've tried updating the controller with the mic attached and everything else I can think of but nothing has worked.
PLEASE HELP!

Please check the Audio Settings in game, maybe you just have to turn some options on

Go to the main Menu > Settings > Audio settings

Scroll down to 'Voice Chat Input Device' and turn Chat On

It's on xbox one and I've tried turning the chat on and off in the options but still no change

I've tried to turn on  the voice chat still nothing

Im playing on PS5 (NFS Rivals) but enyone Else isn’t  talking in there. On map it shows I’m talking but enyone else isn’t talking. I have tried to drive near other players but that does not work either. I have switched it on from the settings. I have no idea why it does not work
