Profile does not have correct permissions

Now what's this about? I cannot hear anyone speaking when I join any server!!!!! I see there mica but no hearing.
The camera modes change unexpectedly too..
Can you tell me anything? As I believe it has something to do with origin limiting my acces.
Other games mic works fine just this one

when i start up Need For Speed Rivals everything is fine untill after the intro video and at bottem of screen says sining in to EA servers. then a block pops up and says your profile does not have corect permisions to use this funtion please help me
