Origin error

İ buy  need for speed rival game  from steam account    i want to play offline   but  i cant open the game since 2 days.

  the game  request origin program  i try the open program but program not Work .  İ am working on the vessel    i used  wifi  modem  and my internet not good enough ,   how can i play game     ??? Please help ...
