Only throttle and brake available , no reverse in nfs rivals!

Hello  NFS forum (ea) . I am a nfs rivals player. But when I started I can't take reverse ! When I saw the settings there was throttle and brake no reverse. I will be thankful if somebody will help me.

I am playing on pc

The game is good but this is not good as this problem creates a menace in gameplay

When I press and hold brake the car stops some what but continues to move forward and accelerate and won't stop completely and also moves forward automatically.
