the game keeps hanging and has been doing that for about a year now when are you going to fix it i pay  to play the game and love this game can you fix it or just return all the money i have paid in the last year playing a broken game i have sent in request many times and still have not fixed it

Please right click the game in Origin and then choose Repair.

Once that process has finished, reboot and retry playing.
