Need for speed rivals keeps freezing on loading screen

I tried uninstall my game then reinstall it and delete the saved data and erase everything on the xbox one x and I tried a manual dns and a manual port nothing is working and it says it's trying to join a game and it freezes then sends me back to the home screen and I tried power cycling and there ain't no scratches on my disc I would appreciate if someone can help me out

It works sometimes and then it freezes again and I need help from EA
