Need for speed rivals cant launch.

I downloaded Need for speed rivals with xbox ultimate gamepass, but the problem is, when i launch the game i just says that im playing the game and then stops the game never opens.

literally. i’ll press A to start the game and it makes a weird noise and just crashes and goes back to the home screen. EA ain’t doing nothing to help.
