NEED FOR SPEED: RIVALS Overwatch Exclusive Vehicles

Could there please be a way to get the Overwatch exclusive vehicles in Need for Speed: Rivals? It doesn't make sense to keep them in the game at all if you can't get them. The game is still used by a lot of people, so it would make sense for it to still be supported in that way.

I also with these cars to be unlocked. I bought the complete edition awhile ago and was pretty bummed out that these cars are not available
