Wow still nothing is done. I spent the last 2 days leveling from a level 18 racer to a level 55, bought all the cars. So fix this and do something for all those effected you released a high flawed game, or don't then I sell this game and avoid your games from now on.

This happened to me too! Glad I'm not the only one. I was at racer level 16 and had just beefed up my ferrari with all of the possible upgrades plus customization. Now I'm back to level 12. All the cars I upgraded are gone and the customization on the remaining cars is also gone!
This game is riddled with errors:
- 5 to 10 minute initial loading time while it tries to join a game
- default set at "single player" even though I constantly keep it on "mulitplayer"
(I think somehow it's trying to find a multiplayer game upon starting the game each time - even though it's defaulted to single player).
-Gamer cards have errors when you try to click on them
-No easy way to add friends
-Map pops up randomly while driving for no reason
-Now, loss of progress and achievements - (though somehow my new profile picture is still there).
Please address these issues. In the meantime I guess I'll go back to Hot Pursuit, which has none of these problems and a far better multiplayer interface.

I just fired up NFSR on Xbox One, had my progress from last time I played wiped out.

Alright now I'm very upset. I was on the event to unlock the McLaren F1 LM (UC) when I ended playing last night. I get back on it tonight and am rank 14 and on the assignment to unlock the Lamborghini Murcielago LP 670-4 (UC) I mean come on your a major gaming company here and yet this happens. Fix your issues before you lose more customers cause this is messed up. I mean this game was one of the anticipated games for Xbox One and we are having issues like this. And still no update or fix??? Are you guys at EA being lazy and ingnoring your customers or are you working on a fix??? Either way us your customers deserve some answers to this issue and not later but like now.
