Is The US Version of NFS Rivals Region Free on xbox 360?

Ok so I have a PAL xbox but I live in Canada, I purchased NFS Rivals but haven't opened it yet as I am afraid it may not work. Is the game region locked or no? PLZ Respond as soon as possible!

EA titles are region-specific,  XBOX 360 Console is region specific too, which means you only can play game discs from the same region. However Your XBOX Live ID is non-region specific - you can access the personas region Xbox Marketplace from anywhere in the world. If it's a physical copy then I don't think it will work unfortunately.
