GetDeviceRemovedReason failed with dxgi_error_device_reset [ Edited ]

So randomly when i play NFS Rivals, it crashes and gives me an error message:

Directx function "GetDeviceRemovedReason" Failled with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_RESET ("The Device failed due to a badly formed Command, this is a runtime issue; The application should destroy and recreate the device").  GPU: "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680", Driver: 34752

I have re-installed the game, disabled ingame Origin, clean re-install of the GPU driver even went into the game directory folder and ran the DX setup file as i<ve read in some other forum posts.

sadly nothing works.
