Game progress is not being saved properly

My game progress is not being saved properly and my cars are also getting locked. I'll quote 2 incidents here:

1. I changed the CDS after playing game and my rank got decreased when I tried to play the game again.

2. I was playing the game and console got hanged and game got restarted. When I came back the whole progress of multiple days got lost.

Please help..

I recently purchased  a DLC pack for need for speed rivals and it deleted all my saved progression, what happened is after I bought the DLC the game started as if it was the first time I was every playing it, everything that had been unlocked before ware I was at level 30 had been lost and all I have was the DLC cars all the other cars were locked again. Please help
