Game Advisors and packs

i asked a game advisor how to solve my problem and they told me a solution which has knackered up my game and now is not working so i demand compensation for this mess up. also i have spent 100k on 25k packs and not packed a plsyer above 76. peroxnally i think this is a scam and you need to sort this out i think i should be entitled to some of it back.
