Can PS4 and PC play together?

I already own NFS Rivals for PC and I'm considering buying it for PS4 so I can play with someone.

Is AllDrive cross-platform?

AllDrive works with players on the same platform. So if you’re playing on a PlayStation 3, you can only play against other PS3 players and friends with the same console.

The same goes with PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC.

I am also wanted to unlock ps4 friends trophy but didn't find someone so I buy pc version but then I found out I am not able to do cross-platform so rubbish
