I recently changed my Autolog profile picture to an image that I have stored on my computer. It looks fine on the NFS Network website, but has a green tint over it when playing the game. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm playing on Xbox One.

Hey everyone - I've fixed this problem.
It seems that the avatar upload system REALLY likes widescreen formatted pictures.
The avatar size that worked for me: 960x539
Make sure the format is: .JPG
login to network.needforspeed.com and upload your avatar via desktop
I have found that any "square" size formats - such as 96x96 or 300x300 - do not work on my system for whatever reason.

possibly a fileformat not supported on the xb1? maybe shange it to .png or .jpg and try it again, but I'm just guessing here

I've already tried different formats including those listed. I figured I'd give it some time to see if it fixed itself, but its still happening.
