6 Ranks Lost, 6 Cars Lost. Overnight

Playing Need For Speed: Rivals on my Xbox One X, and I went from Rank 11 back down to 5. And from the Ferrari, back down to the Mustang. I have no idea what has happened or if it's in any way fixable, but I am frustrated. Many of my completed events reset, and my times, jumps, and records... de-recorded. If anybody else has experienced this or knows what I can do about it, help would be appreciated!!!
