can start the game but can't play and receive a DirectX error

i can not play my game , when i started the game , its said " Press Enter to Continues " (nfs.png)

i press Enter but no reaction , and i can not exit the game

so i press Alt F4 and i receive a DirectX error (nfserror.png)

i have been Google how to solve , and try lot of method , no one work for me

My PC:

OS Windows 10 Pro x64 version 1709 build 16299.248

Ram : 32 GB 

CPU : I7-7800X

GPU : 1080ti (version : 390.77)

DirectX version : 12

i can play the game now

i re-install Visual C++ 2017 and 2015 and Directx again

and now i can play

I have the exact same error.

Re-installed gfx driver didnt help.

Changed compatibility mode for the game, and that didnt help either.

Can we get a solution here.?
