In case you dident already, you will need to play a little bit in the story (the beginning set of missions till you gather the whole crew, it should be fast) before you get that part unlocked. Once that is done you will be able to access it, otherwise it wont show on the map till those first parts are completed.

I can not find the dealership as well. I found the others, just not the racer one.

Found it, thanks to the person who said it was in the red behind the gas station icon.
