Where is the DX12 multi gpu or the DX11 SLI support?

Technically, SLI is not supported in this game:
But, I was hopeful that the newer drivers would allow it to work better, this does not appear to be the case.
All I can suggest is you keep your game an video drivers updated.

Are you using the recent nvidia driver set, AFAIK it has updated SLI support:

Try that and let us know how you get on.
PS - I assume you have an nvidia card(s) as you say SLI rather than CrossFireX

I'm also not seeing any benefit to performance with latest nvidia drivers in SLI with DX12 enabled - using SLI GTX 1080 and only getting 40-45fps in 4k resolution, 55-60fps in 1440p, the same as single card performance

As you can see from the screenshot below,
GPU1 is running at 100% at full speed 1386MHz,
GPU2 is running at 13% at 135MHz.
If GPU2 is running at 135MHz means that you are not even using it as a 3D device.
I obviously running the latest nvidia driver 388.31 with SLI enabled.
Running two GTX980 Ti on a 5930K six cores 40 lanes CPU.
Don't you have a SLI rig there in your EA office?
Should we test this for you?
Are we beta tester?
Am I wrong or we paid for a finished product?
Is Origin like kickstarter? I don't want to fund unfinished product!

is there any ETA for the multi gpu support?
will you ever support it or not?

new patch has been released.
no multi gpu support yet.
pretty tired of buying unfinished products. I will think twice before buying an EA titles next time.
December 2017
Game has been released by more than a month now,
still no SLI support.
It seems that those drivers are not ready, or is the game that is not ready?
In any case the "ready" word seems not correct here.
March 2018
this is the last EA game I buy launch day. the last one and surely the last one I buy without SLI support.
July 2018
Latest nvidia driver (398.36) introduced official SLI profile for NFS Payback.
Enjoy.
