Teleporting and driving through solid objects in NFS Payback.

Every time I log in on Need for Speed multiplayer game, almost 99% of the players race cars are either teleporting, does not crash when hitting a wall or barrier, go through solid objects. why are they able to do such and is there anyway to stop or fix it or I just have to accept and let it be?

They do the same thing to me they don't crash but I do but I don't know how to fix it
