Several Issues [ Edited ]

There are a few issues with the game that I've been having that have been brought up in a few other threads. While I do like the game, I feel like these issues should be fixed as well.

1. The controller presets not working properly on PS4. Now, I don't mind using the right stick to shift up and down in gears. But, the preset that I've chosen is supposed to move the snapshot button to the right directional pad. However, it remains as the right thumbstick (R3) and doesn't seem to save at all, regardless of me choosing a different preset. While it's not game breaking, it is a bit of an annoyance.
2. No reset button. Missing a checkpoint and having to turn around to try and get it is another annoyance. It sets a person back in a race, especially in crucial times where missing a checkpoint can be the difference between 1st or 4th. Even more so with how some of these cars handle and are able to just speed right on past you at Mach 10, even after hitting something that would normally slow you down for several seconds.
3. Automatic reset when hitting jumps. There have been numerous times where I've hit a jump at high speeds and have gained some major air, only to have the game reset me while I'm mid-air, either back where I started the jump or on the other side where I would've landed. And this happens even when I know that I would've landed on a road and not out of bounds.
4. Free roam police. This is one of the things that I would've enjoyed having in the game instead of just having them for select missions. It's one of the reasons that I've enjoyed the Need for Speed Series of games. But the exclusion of them in free roam seems like a big step backward, in my honest opinion.
5. Reset after a crash. Another thing that's been quite annoying was the fact that when you do crash during a race and you're reset, there's no hud for a few seconds. And that is not a good thing when you're trying to get going and back into the race when you don't know which direction to go in for those few seconds.

This is just a few things that I thought wrong with the game. There are probably more, however, I am quite content with the game thus far.
