NFS Payback Exclusive Pre-Order theme (PS4)

I just downloaded the pre orde deluxe edition but I didn’t check the theme and other packs I only checked the game for faster download purpose. But now I can’t find the option to download the other packs. How do I fix this?

Is the NFS Payback Deluxe theme only for digital downloads? I have two PS4's. I got the pre-ordered disc & the digital download for the other PS. The theme came for the digital download but not when I put the codes in that came with the disc.

Hi, I have the same issue where I downloaded the game and the pre-order and deluxe edition content but I am still not able to acquire the exclusive theme. The theme is one of the main reasons I bout this edition I would love to have this issue resolved please! Thanks in advance and I am looking forward to your reply. 

P.S. I did try the whole auto download thing but it didn't work, also tried restarting the ps4 and a bunch of other intuitive things.
