Make the 11'-14' SRT Charger purchasable

It seems the past 2 (or more) Need for Speed games, the 2011-2014 SRT Dodge Chargers weren't purchasable or playable, instead only used as cop cars.  (Besides it being a special unlock in Most Wanted 2012 only if you bought a soda with a cap-code on it...like come on lol)  It'd be really nice to be able to purchase and mod that model SRT Charger for the first time in a NFS game since it has so much potential.  It doesn't make too much sense having them as cop cars and not being able to purchase and own a stock one in game as well.
This isn't necessarily a big deal but just some feedback as I've been hoping for the car to be in one of the new games for quite some time now.

@tsukuyomi-r You know I do agree with your post about the past on this fine car.

The SRT Charger should be in the game as a regular car this time around hopefully.

So let's just cross our fingers on this and wait and see when the game comes out.
