Lost all saves

Hi,

Can anyone help me with this please?

I had problem with my savings early today and now i have got totally nothing in game. I swiched the game on and its runing from the begining.

Can you back up my saves somehow please?

It loaded wrong for some reason - maybe log out all the way and then log back in fresh and see if that clears it up.  You may have to open a support ticket or fill out a bug report.

i had the same thing happen to me they will do nothing and the chat person told me not to play until its fixed it has happened to many players

Same man. I wa chating with guy from ea support and he said they can not do anything about it at all... so i started from the begining now... i was not that far in the game but still... all wraps are gone and most anoying thing is, that i need to go in to the “casino” for parts for my car now and hope for good ones... ffs i things thats the worst thing here...
