Lost all progression in need for speed payback

Lost all progression because of a power cut i grinded for 5hours and all is lost -_- how ur auto save system work?

I am playing on a PC and I had over 40 hours into the game...  When I reloaded it had an error saying it couldn't sync my online game... I wanted to play the game I purchased so I started over... 3 times... each time I go back in, my save game is lost... I tried disabling the cloud saves and it is still lost... I tried going to the folder where the save game is supposed to be, but there is nothing there...  This is very frustrating...

Hello I have an issue where my game just crash when It auto saves.
I don't know why but this happened when I was playing online, suddenly an error message popped up with the code: DR1010
I tried to re-install the game and Origin and turn off cloud save but it didn't work...

Everything worked fine before, pls help
