Lost All My Progress in Need For Speed Payback

Same problem. No matter how many times I finish the intro story it still goes back to user agreement page after I relaunch the game.

I played 101 hours and I've lost all that profile.

I was recently playing nfs payback. i brought a Mclearen P1, when i got it back to the garage to modify it my playstation froze. i reset it and my P1 had gone. i have rebuily my data bas done everything EA told me to do but still my M1 is lost. 

has anyone else experienced this before. if so how did this get resolved.???

Not yet. I tried to contact EA three days in a row but they never called me or answer my online chat request.

same buddy i have contacted them a number of times was told to get on here so i did. the makes havent contacted me this is a joke. they are ment to answer our questions and support but when it comes to losing stuff the dont care

i was constanty on the phone to EA and ghost about thisand nothing has been resolved. i was told to keep posting on here and they will respond but thats a load of * tbh. so i think i have lost my P1 tbh
