Is it possible to go back from a new save in NFS Payback?

I started playing NFS Payback on my PS4 and got to a level 13, then had a power cut and everything was shut down. After a restart I had to start the whole story from scratch although it still shows that I'm level 13. What can be done to get my progress back? Can I get an older save returned somehow?

I have problem  i was playing the entire time then it save the game but the problem is when I go back to game it goes back to prologue 

And level 1 what happened
