I got a problem with my nfs payback graphics on ps4. [ Edited ]

I play on an lcd 32 inch sony bravia and the graphics are bad,the trees,leaves and surroundings are like in low resolution.Can someone tell me why this is happening.P.sorry for my bad english.Zoom at the plant and the pick up in the picture.This is on ps4 slim not pc.Plz can anyone help me.The graphics look worst than nfs 2015 on my tv.

I literally can’t even start the first race with the bmw, before I get there all the building either disappear or turn in to brown and grey blocks, then I fall through the road. I just bought this game for ps4 100$ and I am not impressed, I am already wanting a refund so disappointing.
