Direct x error with AMD 3200g APU

I'm getting a direct x error message as soon as the gameplay starts in chapter 0 saying the graphics card has been removed. The screen goes black and it crashes the game. Has anyone else had this problem. I've reinstalled direct x 11 and it's still the same. Any ideas?

As you can see i have kinda the same problem and i don't know what to do anymore cause i have the requirements needed to play. I already downgrade my drivers but it doesnt seem to work. I hope you can give me a solution cause i bought the game and a new pc and i cant play my favourite games (Payback and Heat).
