Can't find all roaming drivers

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at the map and try to find all roamers for league 74. I can find Nassim, Gearbox, and El Coco, but not Bell or Belle.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't progress. Trophy is unattainable
What do you expect to see? All the racers

I'm trying to defeat a roaming racer that is not even on the map. she's the last on I need in order to face the last boss. There's even a trophy for defeating all the roaming racers bosses, however, the last person I need to beat is Belle from League 74. She's not any where on the map, but everyone else is. I can find Nassim, Gearbox, and El Coco, but not Bell

This also happened to me, except the last one I am missing is Evangeline from 1 Percent Club, I have either defeated the rest or they are all on the map.

Same problem, missing 1 roaming racer exactly in every league.

Okay, little update guys... Just now El Coco has finally appeared and i could race him... Dunno if the game updated or I really just had bad luck with him showing up before... I can also see all 4 from The 1% Club so I guess with enough time, all of 'em should show up.

It's not a bug you have too have seen them atleast once in freeroam before they show up on your map. If you cant find them just park by the area on the map and they will come driving along eventually=). I Hope this helped.

I have the same problem, but I cant find El coco from League 73
