Black screen in full screen mode [ Edited ]

I can play NFS payback in window mode normally. But once I changed the settings to fullscreen mode, I can only get a blackscreen after launching the game. And the bad thing is I cannot  change it back without the setting screen. Though the game is still running because I can hear engine sound.

I tried Alt+Enter trick but it doesn't work.

Would anybody kindly share a solution? Or the position of setting / resolution entry so that I can change the setting again.

Or I guess I need to submit a refund request.

Spec:

CPU: i7 8700k

Graphics: MSI GTX 1070 Ti Duke (Driver 388.31, the latest)

Mem: G.Skill ddr4 2400 64G

MB: asus maximus x hero
