@13fourteen13 Yes, Mechanic Level and car tuning is still around. It won't go away anytime soon, considering many older players (including a couple of my friends that still play this game) invested a lot of time and money into acquiring 10 Tuning points for Underground Rivals.

You get to see your Mechanic Level upon fully upgrading one tunable car with max stars and max performance parts.
