bmw m3 gtr missing blueprints after every chapter [ Edited ]

I recently wanted to take part in the ( Urban Legend ) special event within the special events vault. I had already previously attempted this but only completed day 6, so I wanted to give it another shot.

Normally after very chapter you receive blueprints ( enough for you to stage the car up at the end of day 3 and 6 ) except this time after having completed days 1-4 i have not received a single blueprint thus making it very difficult to complete anything.

Someone please tell me what I can do or if you’ve had this problem.

EDIT - this same issue occurs with other events in the special event vault that you have already played once from the vault

looks as if most people have this probelm, i think they want you spend gold to finish it.
