Need for speed no limits serious bug/glitch

I’m experiencing a bug that makes Need For Speed: No Limits on the iOS unplayable. The can’t seem to upgrade my car of go into the blackmarket. Furthermore, entering any of these in the game locks the screen and I have to restart the game to get out. I have attached screenshots to show what I mean. 2 are of the black market and 1 is of upgrading of a car. Please help.

Did you find out how to resolve this issue? Came across it this morning when trying to install a part.
