NFS NL (iOS) Error: L136x [ Edited ]

In continuation of what I have done:

1. Deleted and reinstalled the game from the AppStore

2. Reboot and turn off the device, both before and after deleting

3. Logged out and logged in to my Apple account (with a combination of reboots and deletions)

4. Logged into GameCenter

5. Tried to run under a GameCenter account on another device

6. Logged into a clean account (the game under a different account starts immediately on all my devices)

Nothing... 

And my Request still open...
