Google Play doesn't allow me to download the game

Hello everyone,

I wanted to come back to need for speed no limits but while searching, I couldn't find the game via Play Store. I checked it on Google and I got a message which can be seen in the screenshot. My friend has the same smartphone (Huawei Mate 10 lite, RNE-L21) and can download the game without any problems. Is this a bug or an error?

Oh, I accidentally clear the cache of Google Store and now I can download.
