How do I redeem the pre order that I purchased?

Did you purchase it for download?  Or did you pre-order a hard copy?

If it's the first it should be available for download on the 30th of October (this month).

If it's the second then you'll either receive it in the mail (if directly from EA) or from the store you pre-ordered it from (if you pre-ordered it in store).
