need for speed most wanted

when i open the game it stay opened for a few seconds then it crashes and i tried uninstall then reinstall it and it still crashes i need help

Try the following:

• Remove all USB devices other than mouse and keyboard
• Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
• Disable Origin in game: http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-use-origin-in-game/
• Manually run the following installers:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Need for Speed(TM) Most Wanted\D3D11Installer\D3D11Install.exe

C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Need for Speed(TM) Most Wanted\__Installer\directx\redist\DXSETUP.exe
