Ok, the current solution did not work, however, that is because 1080p is not supported. I found a workaround for rooted Android devices. Get the NOMone resolution changer and change your resolution to 720x1280 with dpi set to anything the same or lower than your current dpi. Then launch the game and start the download. Once you start the download, restore your resolution to default.
