En android, revisa ajustes de google- preferencias de la cuenta - idioma.
Selecciona el correcto a tu ubicación. Y vuelve a abrir la aplicación. Mi teléfono tenia Español(España), lo cambié a Español(Latinoamérica) y bingo! Ya me dio la opción de descargar el contenido. Espero les sirva.

Please look into this issue, especially since this is paid game.

The game no longer installs on any device. According to other recent app reviews on the Google Play page, this same issue is being experienced by everyone who trying to install the game. Perhaps this time it is actually a "server error".

I hope these forums are monitored. It's pretty hard to contact support - sending an email to the address listed on the Google Play replied with only an automated message response. The contact options on this EA website lead to these forums..
