I played the game trial from PS+, then after a few I bought the game from best buy.
I used my online pass, but I was never able to connect to Origins. I deleted all my saves and installations, and redid them. And still nothing. I went and exchaged the disc. Got a new online pass but I have not used it. Afraid it will go to a waste.
I have chatted with many people in the help center. And made me make numerous cases. All of which got closed. Still nothing. I am really getting annoyed now. I bought this game. I payed for the Multiplayer as well, but for the past 2 months now I have not been able to play.
I demand compensaiton for this trouble that I and most likely a lot of people have this problem. This should patched soon.

1F4, from my own personal experience, is typically caused by a problem with the link between your origin account and PSN account.
I have had 1F4 since launch too, and it usually requires creation of a Brand New Origin Account, and having Support on the Telephone move your PSN handle over to the new Origin Account.
Request they do that, should solve this for you buddy.
I'm playing the long game, waiting for them to handle my ticket (2 weeks now in a "specialist" queue). I am unhappy about the prospect of creating a new Origin Acc just for my Xbox. We'll see.

I just had everything moved over to a new one when medal of honor came out in october. I hate the process.
