No Origin Sign In NFS Most Wanted Android...HELP

By far had this game for a long time and I have never seen a origin sign in page within this game. I'm updated to the lates version of NFS MW and I still have no Origin sign in. Anyone had or has this same issue and knows some what some how on fixing this?
