No Audio in Game - NFS Most Wanted

Whenever I try to run NFS:MW it starts up perfectly but has no audio at all.
I have tried repairing the installation several times, and the same with reinstalling the game. I have updated my Audio driver and double checked that the game is not muted in the Volume Mixer.

This is the only origin game I have installed that has this problem and any kind of fix that people suggest would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you have done a lot to fix your game audio but you have en resolve so far.

My suggestion is to contact the EA directly and see if they can fix or replace your game version.
