I'm having the same problem as well.

Same problem, can't play the game at all.

Same problem here. Did some research myself en found out their are 3 different error codes. The NFS13.EXE fault module, the ntdll.dll and the stackhash module.
Seems that the ntdll.dll has something to do with networking:
http://www.techsupportforum.com/forums/f299/solved-ntdll-dll-issues-513834.html
The stackhash fault module is involved in security issue's troughout the network. Seems like DEP is involved here.
Still everything suggested on every topic i tried. Nothing helps. They suggest to reproduce the fault and send an origin logfile to them. Hope that helps

I think I found out what the reason behind the freezes is.
Can you run the game in offline mode and check if the freezes appear? (Origin main window -> Origin -> Offiline mode, then run the game off your desktop shortcut)

Yup, able to play offline just fine but after connecting to Origin it will crash within 5-20 minutes.

As I thought. The problem is the way the game uses the system's network connectivity. As I've mentioned here, when the freeze occurs, Chrome browser, also an Internet using application, freezes too, and unfreezes along the game (somehow, my freezes are quite short). My guess is some invalid use of svchost.exe, Windows' tool required for an application to connect to the Internet (afaik it works like this).
I can only hope someone at EA or Criterion reaches this message!

Since I play NFS from my second ssd, i tried to install it on my main disk. Started the game five times now without any problems. Hopefully it is not for a short period of time.. I will keep u informed.
